Shaping our future
MUDA Klang is a political party in Malaysia that advocates for democratic representation, economic justice, new politics, human dignity, and a party for all Malaysians. MUDA Klang seeks to empower marginalized communities and create a fair and just society for all Malaysians, regardless of their background or beliefs. The party aims to flatten the hierarchy of power in Malaysia and promote grassroots democracy to ensure that new voices and ideas are heard and can determine the direction and future of Malaysia.
MUDA 5 Principles
1. PERWAKILAN DEMOKRATIK
(Democratic Representation)
Malaysian society has long been marginalized from the power structure and decision-making processes in the country and policy development. This includes young people, women, indigenous people, and minority communities. The monopoly and hierarchy of power need to be flattened so that new voices and ideas can determine the direction and future of Malaysia, and MUDA is the main vehicle in leading this struggle.
2. KEADILAN EKONOMI
(Economic Justice)
The formation of a fair redistribution system for every layer and sector of society in Malaysia. The implementation of a cross-ethnic, cross-religious, cross-geographical and location social safety net, including welfare rights and assistance for the poor and marginalized in society.
3. POLITIK BARU
(New Politics)
New politics prioritize democratic values and practices, develop grassroots democracy to empower communities and members in the party. Focusing on the nearest issues and producing more relevant and useful solutions and action plans for local conditions and regions.
4. MARTABAT MANUSIA
(Human Dignity)
Progress and civilization, together with the core and moral compass of a society, depend on how its members preserve and pay attention to human values for all of its citizens, including the most marginalized and needy communities that have been socially and historically discriminated against.
5. PARTI UNTUK SEMUA RAKYAT MALAYSIA
(Party for all Malaysians)
Cross-ethnic, cross-religious, cross-geographical, and age-environment value politics are the future of Malaysia. Malaysian society consists of various backgrounds, descendants, beliefs, cultures, and understandings. This diversity should be celebrated and maintained, not seen as a burden and source of division to divide Malaysian society.
